INITIAL SITE ASSESSMENTS
We provide inspections for purposes of identifying the locations and types of mold present. Of primary importance is identification of the source or conditrions that enabled the groth of mold.
MOLD SAMPLING & ANALYSIS
Various type of sampling can be performed at the site to identify the presence of mold. These tests can include air samples and grab type samples.
WATER RELEASE EPISODES
A water release episode can create conditions in a home or building that promotes mold growth if remediation is not performed properly and timely. We respond to water release episodes for our clients to review and document the impacted areas, oversee the remediation work and validate the work completed prior to releasing the contractor. The documentation is then used in the future to revisit the site and re-assess the impacted areas.
HVAC SYSTEMS EVALUATIONS
